The Physician Assistant Program at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is seeking qualified candidates and candidate nominations for a Physician Assistant Faculty position.

The mission of the Physician Assistant Program of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is to provide high-quality didactic and clinical education and training to our students while fostering a collaborative, supportive, and empowering learning environment. We are committed to developing compassionate, respectful, and culturally humble physician assistants who will deliver high quality, patient-centered, evidence-based, accessible health care within their communities.

Some of the responsibilities for this position include being a course director, coordination and direction of curriculum, student advising, admission screening and interviewing, student evaluation, and lecturing – to name a few. Clinical time for those looking to practice may also be an option where available.

Candidate Qualifications
• MS in Physician Assistant Studies with current NCCPA Certification or MD/DO graduate of an accredited medical school with ABMS or AOA specialty board certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a health care provider.
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania physician assistant license.
