General Surgery Physician in Victorville, CA!

Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a General Surgery Physician to join our medical group.

Position Details:

• Bread and Butter General Surgery
• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM)
• Call Schedule – around 15-20 days (additional pay)
• More than 4 ORs at the hospital but 4 is what we commonly use.
• With DaVinci robots – will eventually upgrade.
• Not a trauma hospital.
• No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.
• Can start immediately (2024 Preferred)
• Salary Range: 350K-400K annually.
• Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given.
• Position is in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.
• Accepts visa waiver sponsorships (J1, O1 H1b)
