Position Summary:

Join our team in providing care to patients that are starting work, or on the path to returning to work after injury. We are looking to expand our team in assisting the community. Helpful to have experience with the necessary paperwork to be completed and DOT clearance for patients to return to work.

Wage Scale: $ 280,000 - $300,000
