Practice Highlights:

Step into an established diabetes practice with the opportunity to expand endocrinology services that line up with your area of expertise and interest such as thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary conditions and more.

• Experienced and supportive APP and office staff
• NO CALL
• Full-time Outpatient Practice with admin time with an option for 4-day work week
• On-site ACGME accredited Indiana University School of Medicine Internal Medicine Residency program
• Dedicated Physician Liaison- assist in practice growth, community outreach and professional relationships

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary for up to 3 years with added wRVU bonus structure
• Sign on 30K minimum, early signing/stipend plus loan repayment options
• Paid relocation package
• PTO 31 days plus 5 days/$5000 for CME plus comprehensive benefits program
• 401a and 403b retirement options and malpractice coverage with tail
• Board of Physicians works with Administration to provide clinical insight into decisions
