Sentara RMH Medical Center is located on a picturesque 254-acre site in the Shenandoah Valley. Opened in 2010, SRMH is a 238-bed, all private room, not-for-profit hospital that has served its community for over 100 years in this beautiful university town.

About the position:

• Join a collegial group of 8 physicians with a full range of high-volume Cardiac Services: Cardiac Surgery, Structural, EP and Advanced Imaging 
• Perform complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures with precision and expertise
• Well established and highly experienced team dedicated to the cardiothoracic program that includes RN support, clerical support staff and 2 APPs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality patient care
• Contribute to the development of innovative approaches in the field of cardiothoracic surgery
• Recognized by IBM Watson Health as a Top 100 Hospital and the Cardiology program is a Top 50 program
