Delaware Eye Care Center , established in 1984, has a unique opportunity for a full scope medical optometrist in Milford, DE.   Currently, as our Delaware practices grow, we have 6 doctors and the need for a motivated optometrist to join our thriving multi-location integrated ophthalmologic and optometric practice. 

Working primarily from our main office in our brand-new building, you’ll have the ability to provide optical care, primary care, ocular disease management, and pre/post-operative care.  You will be busy as our providers are already booked far in advance, and a relocating provider offers an established practice to step right into, with an excellent patient base and a deep referral network.  

We offer an outstanding base income with full employed benefits, paid relocation, and retirement. We have a collections-based productivity model with proven income potential in the top tier of all optometrists nationally.  Top 90th percentile income based on US OD compensation data!  And a $25,000 sign on bonus.

  The “First State,” Delaware, is home of Delaware Eye Care Center.  The area offers a very affordable cost of living, highly rated school systems, and a wonderful quality of life.  Living in this area provides countless amenities including the ability to be “toes-in-the-sand” at the beach in under 15 minutes!
