Preventive Medicine Doctor

As a Preventive Medicine Officer, you’ll supervise and provide direct patient care, recommend methods to improve overall wellness, and implement various programs to maintain health, improve fitness, and prevent disease or injury. You’ll also conduct medical research and participate in the education and training of medical students and personnel as part of the Army’s robust and reliable medical system.

Upon being Selected for position, applicant will be directly commissioned into the U.S. Army in the rank of Captain to Lieutenant Colonel depending upon experience level.

Military pay works a-lot differently than civilian pay so I have included the below incentives to help explain salary.   Add the below incentives to a Captain's pay salary to come to the amount of $338,000 a year starting.  This amount is not including the $120,000 in student loan repayment that this position also qualifies for.  These special incentives are subject to change so apply soon.

Current Incentives are:

+300,000 sign on bonus

+43,000 yearly Incentive pay bonus

+35,000 yearly retention bonus

+120,000 student loan repayment

+Officer salary with benefits
