Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking family medicine, internal medicine and med/peds for outpatient family medicine/primary care opportunity in Lewistown, PA. This site qualifies for H1B visa sponsorship, a $10k geography stipend, in addition to $250k recruitment incentives.

· Compensation - base salary starting at $320k
· H1B visa eligible at Geisinger Tunkhannock, Lewistown and Kulpmont clinics
· Annual Geography stipend – guaranteed for two years - $10k at Tunkhannock and Lewistown and $20k at Kulpmont
· Up to $250k recruitment incentives
· Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
· Fully paid relocation
·401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
· Paid time off, holidays, parental and military leave
· Academic involvement with medical students and residents
· Residency/Fellow stipend - $2,500/month, available up to 18 months prior to graduation

Geisinger Lewistown Clinic
Geisinger Lewistown clinic is a multispecialty outpatient clinic, providing a wide range of services from family medicine and pediatrics to rheumatology, podiatry and neurology. The clinic also partners with Geisinger Lewistown Hospital to bring comprehensive inpatient care when the need arises through its hospitalist program. The call schedule is light and includes after-hour phone triage only. Ample nursing, clinical and clerical staff are available as well as pharmacy, advanced practice support and numerous ancillary services (lab, radiology and more).
