Family Med Physician Responsibilities:

• Work within Rural Health Clinic to see patients for family practice needs
• Share on call shifts with other providers averaging one weeknight per week, one weekend per month
• Will see patients in hospital inpatient/outpatient, ER and Senior Living unit
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care delivery and outcomes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in medical services
• Stay current with advancements in medical research, technology, and treatment modalities

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of primary care practices within a hospital, clinic and emergency room
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex medical data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
