Salary range: $250,000 - $650,000 The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.? Actual compensation will be adjusted for specialty, experience, training, hospital/community needs and other factors.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) 
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology or Board Certified in Vascular and Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology 
• Must have or be eligible to obtain an Arizona Medical License before start date
• Active DEA 
• Active ACLS
