Incredible opportunity to become the Inaugural Associate Program Director of Family Medicine in the Family Residency Program at Fairfield Hospital in northwest Cincinnati, OH. The program will match its first class of residents in July 2025.
The associate program director [APD] serves as a resident advocate and serves as role model of professionalism; design and conduct a program in a fashion consistent with the needs of the community, the Mission of Mercy Health, and the mission of the program.

Criteria
The Associate Program Director is a physician (MD or DO) certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and has teaching and research and/or QI experience.
