The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, is a large academic hospital system dedicated to exceptional patient care, world-class education, and cutting-edge research and innovation. Our team of Pediatric Anesthesiologists works in a collaborative care model alongside over 60 faculty members, 30 CRNAs, 11 pediatric anesthesiology fellows, and residents from multiple anesthesiology programs. With approximately 35,000-40,000 procedures performed annually, we are at the forefront of pediatric anesthesia and are building a new patient tower set to open in 2028.
