Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the perioperative care of complex patients, contributing to a range of surgical services and mentoring the next generation of anesthesiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality anesthetic care to pediatric patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement perioperative plans for complex cases.
  • Engage in teaching and mentorship of fellows, residents, and medical students.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical research projects and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in pediatric anesthesiology.
  • Involve in quality improvement initiatives and hospital support for patient safety.
  • Contribute to educational programs, including simulation boot camps, airway learning labs, and point-of-care ultrasound courses.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, with additional fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in managing pediatric patients in a perioperative setting.
  • Commitment to education, mentorship, and research within the field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
