Excellent opportunity exists for a full time Hematology-Oncology Physician at the Sacramento VA Medical Center located at Mather, California. Joining a happy, collaborative group of two other full time VA oncologists and multiple part time UC Davis subspecialists and fellows. The physician will be responsible for the full range of diagnosis and treatment of patients with oncologic and hematologic disorders, with negotiable opportunity to narrow focus.
Salary Range: $245,000-$285,000 per year
Tour of duty: Schedule negotiable within regular business hours based on 40hr work week. Limited phone call 1:6.
Candidates must: 1) be a US citizen or PRA (Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with [38 U.S.C. § 7407(a)]; 2) possess a current, full, unrestricted medical license in any state, 3) board prepared/certified Medical Oncology and Hematology.
