The University of Rochester Medical Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University is seeking a full-time academic general obstetrician-gynecologist with interests in vulvar disorders.

General OB/GYN services will include:

  • Full screening and preventative services for women from teenage years to postmenopausal care
  • Low and High-risk Obstetrics for prenatal care through delivery with co-management, consultation and referral to UR MFM as appropriate
  • Gynecologic surgical services from in office procedures to inpatient surgeries, with a large referral population for vulvar disorders
  • Basic infertility and cancer screening evaluations with referral to REI or Gyn Oncology at University of Rochester Medical Center as needed
  • Access to world class OB/GYN, education and research specialists

 

Qualifications

  • M.D., D.O., or equivalent
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program in obstetrics and gynecology
  • BC/BE by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Eligible to obtain a New York medical license or already be licensed in New York State
  • Experience and interest in vulvar disease preferred
