Gynecologist Position in Sparta, NJ. $60K Sign on Bonus

About the Practice:

The practice currently has a team of 2 gynecologists, 3 nurse practitioners, and 2 certified nurse midwives as well as an excellent support staff.  The physicians in the practice have served women in the Hackettstown area since 2005.  There are 2 NJ practice locations, one in Hackettstown and one in Sparta.  Surgical procedures are performed at Atlantic Health System's Newton Medical Center and the Specialty Surgical Center in Sparta.  This is a great opportunity for an OB/GYN physician wanting to transition to a GYN only position providing and excellent work/life balance, including 4 day work weeks and a phone based call schedule.

Practice Highlights:

• Growing practice with 2 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, and 2 certified nurse midwives
• 2 practice locations in Hackettstown and Sparta
• The practice specializes in infertility, fibroids, abnormal bleeding, sexual dysfunction, menopause, urinary incontinence and a myriad
  of other complex gynecologic issues.
• The practice performs GYN surgical procedures at the Newton Hospital and an outpatient surgery center in Sparta
• Established practice that has built up a solid patient base for almost 20 years
• Clinic Patient Census: ~20/day
• Physicians work 4 day weeks
• Some flexibility and accommodation in scheduling
• Great work/life balance. Phone based call schedule with no obstetrics work required. Mid-Level providers take first call
• Opportunities for productivity-based income
• $30K Sign on Bonus and $30K Retention Bonus. Opportunity for up to 150K!
• Eligible for partnership after 3 years of tenure in the practice
