• Engage in Academic Medicine: Practice at a Level 1 Trauma Center with a full spectrum of cases, including general, minimally invasive, bariatric, orthopedic, thoracic, vascular, neurosurgical, ENT, hepatobiliary, urology, IVF, GYN, and obstetric anesthesia (5,000 deliveries/year).
• Specialized Transplant Focus: Work with one of the busiest abdominal transplant programs in the region.

• Conduct ~60,000 anesthetics annually across seven clinical sites.

Exceptional Compensation and Benefits

• Salaries: $447K–$520K based on experience and subspecialty training.
• Incentives:

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
• Board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology with a Transplant Fellowship.
