Cardiovascular Services Medical Director Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a Cardiovascular Medical Director to join our West Michigan Cardiovascular Team located in Muskegon & Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This Medical Director role will provide oversight of the medical group’s cardiovascular providers – ambulatory, inpatient, and procedural, collaborate with the Cardiovascular operations director in a dyad relationship, and have a reporting relationship to the medical group Chief Medical Officer.

Practice Features:

• Team is a part of The Cardiovascular Network of West Michigan, a joint venture between Trinity Health and University of Michigan Health – West.
• Trinity Health Medical Group employs over 20 cardiologists and 3 vascular surgeons and has a network of over 850 providers.
• Clinical practice will be located in Muskegon.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have at least 5 years of medical practice experience and 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role or have completed training with demonstrated skills to work in the position.
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment
• DEA license
• ACLS & BLS certified
