Crestwood Medical Center is seeking strong BC/BE Primary Care Providers for busy outpatient clinic locations in Huntsville and Madison, AL. 

• Full-time position
• Core faculty with Assistant Program Director Opportunity
• Academic program with team members providing Internal Medicine Training to residents 
• Positions available for 2023, 2024, and 2025
• 1+ years experience required
• Hospital employed practice with full hospital coverage
