As an Occupational Medicine Officer, you will determine the conditions that allow for optimal performance in work duties assigned to Soldiers and Army civilians. In doing so, you will also be required to identify occupational hazards, administer employee leave programs, and maintain knowledge on laws pertaining to illness and injury related to employee leave.
