Practice Overview:

• EMR Platform – EPIC
• Outpatient care in Dacula, Georgia at NGPG Hamilton Mill
• Hours:
• M – F: 7:30 – 5:00 pm
• Open to a four 10-hour day schedule
• Treating ages two years and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
• Access to lab services, x-ray, and EKG
• Adequate support staff to maintain efficiency
• Easy access to Cardiology and Sports Medicine
• Limited call requirements
• Caring for patients in a growing community
