Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance:  Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek seeing an average of 12-18 patients per day.

• Favorable Call Schedule: less than 10 calls per month. Call rotated amongst group - max 12 days call per month.

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Competitive Salary: Guaranteed base salary of $240,000+
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: NHSC loan repayment program
• Professional Development: 5 CME days per year with a $1,200 annual allowance. License, dues, and subscriptions reimbursed  

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO.
• Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. 
• Licensure: Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.
• Skillset: Comfortable performing routine primary care procedures (e.g., skin biopsies). Experience treating all ages
• Sponsorship: J1 Sponsorship Available
