Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a rapidly growing practice.

Nuvance Health is seeking a compassionate primary care physician who will provide comprehensive care in a full-time outpatient setting. NHMP is affiliated with Norwalk Hospital and is located in Norwalk CT. The area is easily accessible to NYC or Boston by train, and is minutes away from beautiful hiking trails and beaches.

NHMP is offering a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match.

This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice.

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
• MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
• Have successfully completed an Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Peds Residency but the practice sees adults only
• Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
• After-hour coverage – light call volume to physician, shared among multiple providers to decrease
• call frequency, phone-calls only (after nurse triages first line)
• Bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus
