Freestanding ER/Hospital Outpatient Department of St Luke’s Patients Medical Center (across the street from hospital) in Pasadena:
- Shifts: 24 hour shifts; 7A to 7A
- Openings: Full-time
- Trauma Center: n/a FSER/HOPD
- Patients Per Hour: 2.0
- Daily Volume: 10 - 15 patients per day
- ED Beds: 5
- Admission Rate: n/a direct transfer agreement to Patients Medical Center
- Physician Coverage: 24 hours – single doc coverage
- POCUS: Sonosite
- EMR: Meditech
- Dictation: Dragon
- Scribes: No
- Lab: Yes - point of care
- Xray: Yes with 24/7 reads
- CT: Yes with 24/7 reads
- Compensation: 1099 or W2
Qualifications:
- BC/BE Emergency Medicine physicians with one year of post-grad hospital ER experience
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with one year of post-grad hospital ER experience
- Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA
- ACLS, PALS, ATLS
