Seeking ER Physicians in Pasadena, Texas

Join IES, Integrative Emergency Services, at  St. Luke's Patients Medical Center HOPD/FSED. 1099 or W2. IES is a physician-owned practice management group based in Dallas, Texas.  

This position is for BC/BE Emergency Medicine physicians or BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with one year of post-grad ER experience.

FREESTANDING ED/Hospital Outpatient Department of St Luke’s Patients Medical Center (across the street from hospital) in Pasadena:

• Shifts: 7A to 7P, 7P to 7A *can work 24 hour shifts
 
• Openings: Full-time, Part-time or PRN
 
• Trauma Center: n/a FSED/HOPD
 
• Patients Per Hour: 2.0
 
• Daily Volume:  10  - 15 patients per day
 
• ED Beds: 5
 
• Admission  Rate: n/a  direct transfer agreement to Patients Medical Center
 
• Physician Coverage: 24 hours – single doc coverage
 
• POCUS:  Sonosite
 
• EMR: Meditech
 
• Dictation:  Dragon
 
• Scribes:  No
 
• Lab:  Yes - point of care
 
• Xray:  Yes with 24/7 reads
 
• CT:  Yes with 24/7 reads

Qualifications:

• BC/BE Emergency Medicine physicians
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with one year of post-grad ER experience
• Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS
