Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Green Bay, WI

Bellin Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our Green Bay, WI location - join a clinic with an existing panel of patients ready for a new Physician!   

Positions available in various clinic settings in the Greater Green Bay Community including:

Ashwaubenon 

Green Bay

West De Pere

Practice Details:

• Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 day work week
• Participate in a large call group - Phone call only 1:30+
• No Hospital Requirements
• No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Board certified in appropriate specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists with a current, unrestricted license to practice
• Board eligible and graduate from an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program within the last five (5) years
• Pass all eligibility requirements of Bellin Medical Staff
