Witham Health Services is a 52 bed licensed facility based in Lebanon, Indiana. Lebanon is located just northwest of Indianapolis. With updated facilities and a strong medical staff we offer a wide range of services including: allergy and sinus, cancer care, emergency services, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, hospice, maternity, occupational health, pulmonology and sleep lab and rehabilitation programs.
