This physician will join Community Physician Network, an employed physician group of over 600 physicians in Indianapolis, IN.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Urgent Care/ Occupational Medicine physician to practice in Indianapolis, IN.  In partnership with the Employer Health team, this physician will deliver care to Hoosier School Benefit Trust employees and families in clinics throughout Indianapolis. Ideal candidates should have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.

  • Outpatient primary care only
  • No OB or call
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Clinics open Monday – Friday
  • Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC)

Licensure & Certifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Urgent Care
  • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
