Medical Director - Primary Care Opportunity in Central Pennsylvania

Don’t just work here, BELONG! Evangelical is seeking a strong physician leader to grow its primary care service line and make clinical improvements through evidence-based practice, that is patient centered, and value-based care. 

• Evangelical is seeking a board-certified family medicine or med/peds trained physician to provide administrative oversight over the Primary Care Service Line; service line consists of twenty-two (22) providers across three counties.
• Minimum of five (5) years post residency experience in primary care and demonstrated leadership abilities required.    
• Physician role designed with 70% clinical delivery and 30% administrative responsibility. Practice location opportunities include Middleburg or Mifflinburg.  
• Ambulatory practice setting only; full-scope practice; no OB; minor procedures done in office; specialists available for referrals and consults in all fields.
• Optional Geriatrics portion includes working at local SNFs.
• Practice based expanded care team; Uses Epic EMR which is fully integrated with the Hospital.
• Call coverage 1:8, one full week rotation.
