LOCUMS General Surgeon Needed in Nags Head, NC

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Outer Banks General Surgery in Nags Head, NC, are seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon to provide locums coverage. Candidate will need to come in the day before for orientation.

Coverage Needed:

June 23-26 (7a-7a) 

Sept 11-14 (7a-7a)

Details:

• 24hr call only – NO CLINIC
• Nights & Weekends Required
• Average # of patients per day per provider: 15 Clinic Cases
• # Of Surgical Cases per week: 8-16 OR Cases
• Established practice with existing surgeon
• No ICU/Critical Care Duties
• No Codes
• ECU Health Air and Ground Support to immediately transfer patients
• System-wide EMR (EPIC)

PROCEDURES: Emergent general surgery cases: appendectomy, cholecystectomy, etc
