We support our clinicians in building a thriving caseload and a positive and supportive culture, professionalism, and a healthy work/life balance. We are seeking a Psychiatrist for a Part-time or Full-time position in our Lancaster, PA, location.

The ideal Psychiatrist will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other clinicians and embrace innovative therapies appropriate for effective treatment.

Hybrid option available.

Compensation:

• Fee for Service/Salaried Models
• Employees can earn $175,000 -$265,000 annually
• 20-30 hours per week/ 46 weeks per year

Qualifications:

• Must have clean & unrestricted Pennsylvania license
• Board Certified Psychiatrist
• Two years of post-graduate experience with assessments, evaluations, and medication management
• Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
• Expertise and experience in treating all ages and populations is highly desirable
