THE PRACTICE:

Katzen Eye Group (www.katzeneye.com) founded in 1968 is a twenty-five (25) doctor group (MD, DO and OD) with a need for a full-time comprehensive anterior segment candidate who is seeking a high volume of clinical and surgical cases.  The practice includes sub-specialties in Glaucoma, Retina, Cornea, Refractive Surgery, Oculoplastics, Pediatrics, Uveitis, and Cataract, along with a very strong primary eye care base, exceptionally talented optometrists, and a very large referral network.   

Our practice is a nationally recognized leader in EMR and technology with outstanding clinical support, diagnostic equipment, four room ophthalmic ASC and professional management team. We offer an outstanding compensation plan commensurate with experience and skills.

Candidates will be offered a very attractive base income and lucrative quarterly production bonuses based on net collections.  You’ll be inheriting the patient base of a very busy retiring physician and stepping directly into a thriving established practice with proven high upside financial potential.  Employee benefits such as health, vision, dental, professional liability insurance, CME and paid relocation are all provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

Seeking an MD or OD with an ACGME accredited residency already completed or culminating in 2021.  Must be American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO) board certified or obtaining certification upon finishing training.  Experienced and new candidates encouraged to apply.  Practicing physicians with a Maryland license or the ability to obtain one expeditiously preferred.
