Mercyhealth is seeking a full-time Pediatric Faculty Member to join our new, community-based Mercyhealth Family Medicine Residency Program in Rockford, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to resident education while maintaining your own pediatric practice.

• Clinic in Central Rockford: The residency will be housed in a state-of-the-art clinic, fostering a collaborative teaching environment.
• Residency Program: The program will provide you with the opportunity to partner with the Program Director to support the residency program and grow your practice .

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: $258,000 to 315,000, with potential to exceed based on performance
• Generous Incentives:
• Negotiable sign-on bonus
