From preventive care to minor surgical procedures, we’re your home for total healthcare every day of the week. Our board-certified doctors and compassionate providers are here to give you the attention you deserve, in a more seamless way.

Position Highlights:

• 100% Outpatient
• Join current team of 2 Physicians & 7 APP’s
• Office hours are Monday–Friday 7:00am-5:00pm (4 Day Work Week!)
• No Nights/No Weekends
• Minimal Call (Phone Only): SHARED AMONGST PROVIDERS

Ideal Candidate:

• Passion for chronic care management
• Team player who is interested in being part of a collegial environment focused on efficiency and quality for our adult patient population 
• Ability to work independently and manage various aspects of electronic documentation during the patient care process
