The Driscoll Health System, is seeking a Full-time Pediatrician to join Driscoll Children’s Quick Care practice. There is no call required and no inpatient rounding. Driscoll Children’s Quick Care practice consists of 17 contracted physicians, a dedicated team of nurses, and clinical support staff. Laboratory and Radiology services are located on site. Hours are Monday – Friday 5 pm – 10 pm, Saturday and Sunday 1pm -10 pm.

Driscoll Children’s Hospital is a 191-bed pediatric tertiary care center. There are specialists on staff covering the full range of pediatric care, including neonatology, pediatric intensivists, pulmonary, gastroenterology, endocrinology, oncology, pathology, and radiology. Surgical services include Pediatric Surgery, Urology, Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, and ENT.
Through the vision and generosity of its founder, Clara Driscoll, Driscoll Children’s Hospital opened in 1953, becoming the first, and remains the only, free-standing children’s hospital in South Texas with the first emergency room created specifically for pediatrics.
