Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking an hourly locum BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to join our Capitol Hill Campus team in Seattle, Washington. This position is for a three-month contract beginning in November 2023 through January 2024.
The candidate would be joining a practice that is a mixture of tertiary care hospital infectious disease in Seattle and Bellevue hospitals, and an ambulatory practice primarily based at our Capitol Hill Medical Center in Seattle, with additional clinical support at the Bellevue Medical Center. The ID section has a strong virtual care presence that extends to all of our care delivery sites in Washington.
The ideal candidate will have interest and experience in the following areas:
• Infection Prevention and Control/Epidemiology, with relevant training and experience
• Antimicrobial/Resource stewardship
• Broad experience in clinical infectious disease evaluation and management
• Population based prevention and management programs
• Travel Medicine • Vaccine practice • Outpatient antimicrobial therapy
• Virtual medicine/resident teaching/continuing medical education
• Leadership
Capitol Hill Campus is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday, with Urgent Care open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Medical Degree MD/DO or better.
BE/BC in Infectious Disease.
Additional training/certification in Infection Prevention/Control, Masters in Public Health, Epidemiology, or similar.
