Oral Surgeon

Oral Surgeon. Teaching, clinical and surgical practice in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Extraction of teeth. Treatment of oral and head and neck infections and pathology; Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ); Developmental Disorders involving bones of the face, including Orthognathic/Jaw Surgery; trauma to the bones of the face, orbit and jaws. Teaching duties include the direct "hands on" and patient based teaching of clinical knowledge and procedural skills; Oversee and direct training of residents in the outpatient Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery clinic, Emergency Room and Operating Room setting.
