Clinical Endocrinologist in Albany, NY

The Department of Medicine of Albany Medical Health System is seeking a clinical endocrinologist to join our Division of Community Endocrinology. The Division is comprised of academically oriented endocrinology providers who practice in a community setting, offering a 100 percent referral endocrinology practice. This position has outpatient responsibilities only, with no hospital rounding or hospital call. We offer a busy office setting with exposure to a wide variety of endocrinopathies and support provided by an ADA-recognized diabetes education team, ultrasonography and dexa.  In addition, we have a strong program of academic presentations and a successful relationship with Albany College of Pharmacy. There is also an active clinical research unit that is part of the group. 

Successful applicants will have an interest in working in a collegial environment emphasizing multidisciplinary approaches to patient care and research. Starting base salary will range from $210,000 - $225,000, plus participation in a productivity base incentive plan. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
