Program Director - Urology Residency in Northern California

Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in partnership with Touro University Medical Group is looking for a Program Director to help develop a Urology residency program.  This opportunity is in a "Privademics" setting.

• The inaugural class of Urology residents started in July 2022
• Program has 2 residents per year

• New program joined 8 existing residency programs

Compensation Details

• Employed model with 2 year income guarantee. $525-550k annual base and higher earning potential with this busy practice opportunity.
• 100% Health Insurance coverage + 401 K

Qualifications

• Model professionalism and commitment to patient care with compassion, sensitivity, and dignity
• Program Director applicants must have three (3) years' experience educational and/or administrative experience as core faculty member, Assoc/assistant Program Director or Program Director in an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program
