Synergy Health Partners is recruiting quality CRNAs to help build a solid foundation of patient care and customer service in Northern MICHIGAN.

Job Details:

• Independent CRNA model; high level of competency preferred
• New Graduates encouraged to apply
• High Risk OB/GYN and High BMI population
• Case mix: Ortho, B&B, General, GI/Endo, Ophthalmology
  • Required procedures: Epidurals and Blocks
• Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday 10-hour shifts; beeper call starting 5pm-7am
  • Friday-Sunday 24hr beeper call

Facility Details:

• Rural Acute Care facility
• #Beds: 25
• #ORs: 3 + OB suite
• EMR: Epic and Pyxis for drug distribution

Compensation:

• Competitive base comp with bonus metrics in place
• 39 work weeks annually
• 13 weeks of vacation
• 1099 independent contractor

License:

• Active MI medical license is preferred
