Otolaryngologist, NW Ohio | $600K Base (Guaranteed) + $100k Signing | Mayo Clinic Care Network

Blanchard Valley Health System, an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio hospital-employed practice in Findlay, Northwest Ohio.

Opportunity Highlights

• 50% General ENT / 50% Subspecialty Focus
• Physician-directed schedule: 3–5 days per week with flexibility in hours and ability to subspecialize
• APPs take first call; physician provides backup only, up to 10 days/month (negotiable)
• Established team of 1 ENT physician, 3 APPs, and 3 audiologists
• Current physician practicing general ENT with a focus on sinus surgery
• 24/7 pediatric and adult hospitalist/intensivist coverage
• Level III Trauma Center with trauma surgeons on call
• Dedicated OR time at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, and Bluffton Hospital
• Strong specialty support across 54 specialties with a collegial medical staff of 750+ providers
• Independent, nonprofit system with physician autonomy and local decision-making

Compensation & Benefits (40hrs/week)

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• $600,000–$800,000+ total potential compensation with uncapped wRVU incentive
• Call pay: $600/day
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year 2)
• 5 weeks Paid Time Off
• $5,000 CME allowance
• $10,000 relocation assistance
