Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution, and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a full-time dermatopathologist/clinical dermatologist to join its team as the Director of Dermatopathology. The selected individual will have an opportunity to join a department of ten full-time clinical faculty and two APPs spanning the entire spectrum of dermatology subspecialties.

Qualified candidates will have completed an ACGME-accredited Dermatology Residency and an ACGME-accredited Dermatopathology Fellowship.

Rush Dermatology serves a large, diverse patient population throughout the Chicagoland area. We have six clinical locations, including our Medical Center (main campus), River North, South Loop and West Loop locations in Downtown Chicago, as well as sites in Oak Brook and Oak Park, IL. As a regional and national leader in health care, Rush has a wide referral network to support a robust dermatopathology practice.

At Rush University Medical Center, the candidate will join a growing team with expertise in medical and procedural dermatology and work collaboratively with other seasoned dermatopathologists and clinicians. The candidate will actively participate in the Dermatology academic program, including teaching of Dermatology residents and medical students. Clinical research opportunities are available. The opportunity to develop an ACGME-accredited Dermatopathology fellowship will be supported.
