Excellent opportunity for a BE/BC Pediatrician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a busy outpatient setting with the ability to focus on clinical and patient excellence, then look no further! This is a physician-led group surrounded by excellent support, financial stability, and a focus on patient and provider wellness.

A description of our clinics: 

• Mon-Fri with limited, shared call, phone call consult only
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support provided
• Clinical responsibilities to include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized care according to candidate's interest

We seek candidates who: 

• Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Patient-focused, friendly and enjoys a collaborative environment

This location is near an entertainment complex, professional sports and refreshing Lake Pleasant:  Our Health Clinic in Surprise is nestled within one of Arizona's fastest growing municipalities!  This is a suburban demographic that includes age-restricted neighborhoods and young family communities. The clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures. The clinic is near schools and adjacent to a vibrant, developing city center, offering the physician an opportunity for an expanding practice.

• Salary base plus incentives
