Opportunity Details

The Blessing Hospital Emergency Department is looking to fill a Nocturnist roll:
-1504 hours per year
-10p-8a shift
-Four days on and four days off for a 32-day cycle followed by eight days off

Blessing Hospital Emergency Department:

  • Level II trauma center registering 35,000 visits annually
  • supported by attending physicians in all major specialty and sub-specialty fields
  • onsite helicopter service
  • Blessing is the Emergency Resource Hospital for five surrounding counties
  • Emergency Department is a Certified Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center with door-to-cath time under 30 minutes

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • $435,000 salary for 1,504 scheduled clinical hours of work (32 hours per week)

The Emergency Department physicians are employees of the Hospital and reside in the community. Emergency medicine residency training and ABEM/AOBEM certification required.
