RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Pulmonologist for a Unique Opportunity in Newark, NJ

The Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ are seeking a board-certified/board eligible fellowship-trained physician in pediatric pulmonology to join their Division of Pediatric Pulmonology. Interest and expertise in a population health approach to pediatric asthma is desirable, but not required.

The Division has an accredited Cystic Fibrosis Center (pediatric and adult), a comprehensive sleep disorders program, asthma, and general pulmonary clinics.

As a member of an academic health system for children, the faculty member will be involved in further developing the pulmonary medicine curriculum and serving as a teacher and mentor to pediatric residents and medical students.

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center is one of the busiest providers of pediatric care in New Jersey. With more than 200 pediatricians and pediatric specialists on staff, Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center offers virtually every major pediatric sub-specialty. The Medical Center offers the expertise of specialized nurses, respiratory therapists, child life coordinators, social workers and other health care professionals specially trained in treating the smallest patients, and personally dedicated to making them well.
