Palliative Care Physician Needed in Beautiful SC

Excellent opportunity to work with an aging population in a mid-sized hospital.  Ideal candidate will possess enthusiasm for continuum-based approach and program growth and expansion.  Join an established palliative care program that offers in-patient palliative care services with the future opportunity to offer out-patient services as well. 

• BC/BE Palliative Care Physician, ideally available in Summer 2024
• Provide in-patient consultation services in palliative care
• Monday through Friday schedule – No weekends or call
• Facilitate clarification of patient and family goals of care
• Promote palliative medicine across the continuum of care
• Teach medical students and Family Medicine residents
• Assist in the development of standards of care, policies and procedures
• Recruitment incentive $ and relocation assistance provided
• CME - $3500 & 10 days PTO annually
