Academic Interventional Radiologist Need at Premier Residency Program

The Department of Radiology at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiologist with specialized training in vascular malformations, venous interventions, pain & palliative procedures, or sarcoma and solid tumor interventions to join our growing academic faculty team.

Department Information

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical expertise across a full spectrum of interventional radiology practice areas, including venous thromboembolic disease, portal venous interventions, trauma, biliary and urologic interventions, and dialysis interventions.
  • Collaborate with other departments and institutions on innovative research and educational initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to promoting the academic mission of the department.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology.
  • Strong clinical training and/or experience in all facets of interventional radiology practice.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and promoting the academic mission of the department.
  • Post-fellowship experience is preferred.
