The University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC, Rochester, NY) is recruiting a junior level tenure-track faculty member to complement current strong research programs in the area of Microbiology & Immunology. We are seeking an outstanding researcher who will establish an innovative research program within the scientific areas of microbial pathogens, the microbiome, and antimicrobial therapeutic development.

Qualifications:

  • PhD, MD, DO, or equivalent degree

Pay Range: $206,506 - $322,481 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Range

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
