POSITION DETAILS

• BC/BE General Gastroenterologist needed
• Open to practicing physicians or candidates coming out of training
• 27 Gastroenterologists currently
• Large referral network with >900 physicians
• 2 year track to shareholder status
• EPIC EMR
• Clinic coverage will be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art facility opening in August 2025.  Our 100,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office building will offer Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more. Possible satellite coverage will extend to Hoffman Estates practice.
• New facility will house 2 endoscopy suites, with 2 additional endoscopy suites in the Hoffman Estates clinic
• Hospital coverage just two miles south of the office at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove

COMENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Catalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing training
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $450,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $475,000 - $675,000.
