  • Exclusive provider for Kaweah Health Rural Health Clinics located in Exeter, Lindsay, Woodlake, Tulare, and Dinuba
  • Hybrid schedule available - combination of Telehealth and in-person visit schedule
  • Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.  Open to any time in those hours 
  • Per visit rate - $102.83.  Open to income guarantee for 1st year
  • Therapist at most sites
  • Kaweah’s Rural Health Clinics are rotation sites for GME Adult Psychiatry residents, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellows, and GME FM residents
  • Payer Mix: 90% Medi-Cal/Medicare
  • Spanish-Speaking preferred but not required. About 15% of patient population is Spanish only and about 50% speak Spanish & English.  Staff is certified through Kaweah Health Interpreter Services to provide translation as well
